U of T’s Andrea Wojnicki gets ready to teach a thing or two at Word Up!

29 August 2006

Andrea WojnickiAnother great speaker has been added to the line up, Professor Andrea Wojnicki member of the Marketing faculty at the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto and on the advisory board of the Word of Mouth Marketing Association (WOMMA)

Andrea’s session is entitled - “WHY Consumers Talk”. There is ample evidence out there that word-of-mouth works. In this session, Professor Wojnicki will summarize research and share her thoughts regarding WHY consumers generate WOM, and what marketers can do about it.
