Hill & Knowlton’s Ted Graham added to Word Up! speakers line up
21 August 2006
Ted Graham, Worldwide Director of Knowledge Management Services at Hill & Knowlton has been selected to present at Word Up! - Canada’s Word of Mouth Marketing conference which will be held in Toronto on November 14th at the Design Exchange.
Social networks play a huge role in today’s marketing efforts and Ted will bring his 10+ years in journalism and communications to share with you the ways in which new software can facilitate the collection, organization and diagrammatic presentation of human relationship networks.
For marketers and communicators, Social Network Analysis provides the opportunity to understand better the external networks of influence that determine organizational success and how best to connect to them. Increasingly, marketers are required to provide a research-driven, clearly argued, measurement supported case for investment - just as in every other aspect of business. Best practice requires that marketers stand with one foot in the arts and the other in business science.
Session Take Aways:
- Understanding of Social Network Analysis and its importance.
- How Social Network Analysis can help propel corporate strategies.
- The ways in which marketers can apply Social Network Analysis to their work.
