Novator has grown their senior management with the addition of Ray Goldman as Chief Operation Officer & Lee Greenspoon, VP Business Development. Ray has been in senior leadership roles with companies such as Loblaws, Cott and McKinsey & Co. Ray is a retail industry veteran specializing in analytics, merchandising, marketing, strategy, category management and direct marketing. Their other addition, Lee Greenspoon was most recently co-founded a Business Intelligence software company focused in the retail industry. In the role Lee will be responsible for business development, account management and infusing diverse client requirements into the continuous evolution of Virtual Retailer™, Novator’s proprietary e-Commerce platform.
Blast Radius has announced Peter Munck as Executive Creative Director — East Coast. He joins to help lead the creative team work with such clients as AOL, BMW, Newell Rubbermaid, OfficeMax and Whirlpool. Peter was the founder of MacLaren McCann’s Interactive, back in 1995, and a former Vice President of Diversified Services and New Technologies for DDB Canada in Toronto.

Industry veteran Cathy Fernandes has been hired by Canoe as Interim Sales Director of their Toronto operations, Cathy was previously Associate Publisher of Sales at Marketing Magazine.
