- Vision Critical announced the appointment of Bryan Mavrow as Senior Vice President, Services. He will oversee the services team who administer 150 proprietary panels for clients worldwide. Bryan joins Vision Critical from Intrawest, the world’s largest developer and operator of resorts, where he was Director of eMarketing Planning. His work history also includes five years as Vice President of Columbus Group where he grew the services team and supervised several strategic accounts including SC Johnson and the original www.kraftdinner.com, winner of three prestigious awards.
- CanWest MediaWorks has promoted Kim Peters to a new created position of Vice Preside on Online Classified. Her portfolio will include sites such as Working.com, driving.ca and connecting.com.
- Theresa McVean has been hired with The Toronto Star as Managing Director of Online Advertising. In the role she will be responsible for the online newspaper’s sales team, as well involvement in the print sales integrated advertising solutions. Prior to the Star Theresa was Director of Advertising Sales at Stockgroup Media.
