• Teehan+Lax has recently created a new division aimed at online advertising, digital signage and mobile devices. As part of this move they have recruited Dave Stubbs, Greg Bolton, Phil Bonnell and Duncan Porter
• Sympatico/MSN who is looking to continue to their dominance as the largest portal across Canada has added several members to their team. Ray Philipose has been promoted to Director of Media Operations, Crispin Bailey to Associate Director of Technology. Matt Weinstein has joined as National Sales Manager and Jeremy Ienco as Inside Sales Manager, both reporting to Al Maitland, Director of National Sales. Joe Strolz has moved over from Bell Canada Enterprise Marketing to Sympatico/MSN in their Quebec office
• CanWest MediaWorks Publications has appointed Kirk Allen to the role of Senior Vice President, Advertising Sales. Prior to the promotion Kirk was Vice President of Advertising for the National Post
