Who Is Better At Social Media Campaigns – Advertising or PR Agencies?

I’ve been glancing at some of the predictions that were made in the last few months of 2009. Many people have said that we will continue to see an increase in traffic to social networks, some suggest that Twitter will be bought and that we’ll start to see social commerce.   A few people have also hinted at some changes in social media that will lead to more campaigns being created by public relations agencies.

The way that we use the various social networks and social networking tools continues to change so it only makes sense that brands have to change they way they communicate, but can one side do it better than another?
