I don’t know about you but my big lesson for last week is - ALWAYS back up your computer’s data. I’ve had some “challenges” with MacBook Pro’s and thought that after getting my replacement unit my trouble would be behind me, a few head aches and phone calls later and I’m back in business.  Data storage might not be a sexy business, but storage giant EMC thinks that it is worth at least $76 million as they picked up a Mozy, a Utah-based storage start up last week according to Techcrunch.

Search Engine marketing continues to be a large part of online campaigns  and unfortunately there are no sources for Canadians to find current and relevant data, so The first annual “Secrets to Effective Canadian Search Engine Marketing (SEM) Survey” was launched last week to gather SEM data from advertisers, marketers and SEM practitioners from across Canada.  The data that we get back is important to everyone and as an added bonus if you complete the survey you’ll be entered into a draw to win some great prizes.
