Founded by four partners in 2004 Neverblue Media has grown to a staff of 50 employees, specializes in specializes in affiliate marketing solutions. Neverblue will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Vertrue, much like popular online dating services company, Lavalife Inc. which also was acquired by Vertrue Incorporated.

The five business unites of Neverblue including PhoneInterviewed.com a proprietary technology system will also be integrated into Vertrue Incorporated.
