Vancouver-based Verb Exchange Inc. has announced they have completed the purchase of the AdIQ software platform from NexDesk Inc, ad serving platform that incorporate Location Based Services (“LBS”) capabilities that will now allow Verb to deliver location based advertisements to its mobile application subscriber base. The company plans to integrate the AdIQ software platform into Verb’s Co-Pilot Console product which allows consumers to to make inexpensive, or even free, high quality VoIP calls and send domestic and international SMS text messages.
NexDesk’s Principle, Orion Alexander recently joined the Company’s Advisory Board of Verb Exchange. Verb plans to leverage the AdIQ ad serving technology to help it monetize its subscriber base by providing high value, highly targeted, relevant advertising to its subscribers.
