Tourism Kelowna, a non-for-profit incorporated society mandated to market Kelowna as a leisure tourism, sporting event and meetings and conventions destination, has named DDB Canada as its agency of record after having gone through a competitive RFP process earlier this fall.

“Tourism Kelowna was looking for a communications partner that could leverage innovative strategies to champion Kelowna as a premier vacation destination. We were impressed by DDB’s strong integrated suite of creative services, including their social media offering,” says Nancy Cameron, CEO, Tourism Kelowna. “We’re looking forward to exploring new creative ways to help draw visitors to Kelowna and the Central Okanagan region.”

DDB Canada has strong expertise in tourism marketing with a number of other  travel and tourism-related clients including the Canadian Tourism Commission, New Brunswick’s Department of Tourism and Parks, and the Vancouver Convention Centre.
