• Dave Armon joined Dna13, Ottawa, Ontario, as Vice Chairman and will be based in their New York office.  Armon was previously President and Chief Operating officer at PRNewswire, New York

• Julie Petch has been hired as the new President at The Jetstar Group, leaving her role as Group Account Director at Capital C who’s client is Jetstar Group), as part of her role she will be looking to grow the agency’s US-based business
• Meghan Warby has been hired by Argyle Communications as a Senior Consultant for the Toronto-based public relations firm
