Position Summary

The Sr. Project Manager of Engagement Management is responsible for the successful delivery of large-scale client engagements and/or multiple smaller engagements for a single client. The Sr. Project Manager often is the primary client contact as well as the Organic team leader. The Sr. Project Manger must balance longer-term strategic issues with day-to-day tactical project issues. The Sr. Project Manager has direct accountability to the Engagement Leader, who has overall responsibility for the client. The Sr. Project Manager mentors and advises project team members on project management skills.

Responsibilities include managing the delivery team, and developing and managing project/program schedules, scope and budgets (including project P&Ls). The Sr. Project Manager will manage resource allocation and utilization, identify and mitigate project/program risks, as well as provide thought leadership and direction for clients.
Education/Work Experience

  • 3+ yrs overall experience preferred including:
    • 3+ yrs of experience in project management, web development firm or IT consulting (Big Five experience a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent work experience.
  • PMI certification a plus.
