Sherway Gardens Website Adds A Touch Of Personal Shopping

Premium shopping centre Sherway Gardens recently add a personal touch to their website with the help of their advertising agency Extreme Group.  Often referred to as one of Toronto’s fashion malls it tends to attracts customers who are looking for more from their personal shopping experience.  As part of the revamp, an online tool was created that allows clients to design their ideal personal shopping experience from the comfort of their own home.

“It was important that the launch of the personal shopping program at Sherway Gardens kept the high-end positioning of our brand and appealed to our existing customers,” said Elena Price, senior marketing director at Sherway Gardens. “Having developed the ‘Life Less Ordinary’ positioning for us, Extreme Group developed a website and supporting material with a voice that appealed to our discerning customer.”

As shoppers visit the new site they are asked a series of question to help tailor their individual needs, upon completion they then have access to the personal shopping program offers four options including style basics, in-home consultation, special event wardrobe purchasing and gift purchasing.
