Serenic Corporation has announced the appointment of Randy Keith as Chief Executive Officer to help continue to grow the companies mission-critical software products for not-for-profits (NFP), educational institutions and governments. Prior to the role Keith served as Serenic’s President and COO since November 2006. Mr. Keith is replacing Jay Malik as CEO, whose three year employment tenure concluded on June 30, 2007. Mr. Malik has resigned as a Sirector of the Corporation but may continue to serve as an advisor to the Corporation.
