Quebecor Media Announces a bid to acquire the remaining 19,076,605 common shares or approximately 57.8% of the outstanding common shares of Nurun for C$4.55 per common share in cash. Quebecor Media Inc., a subsidiary of Quebecor Inc. which owns other businesses such as Videotron Ltd., Sun Media and TVA Group Inc.
