Bell, Rogers and Telus, you no longer own the wireless market in Canada so its time to start listening to your customer base. You may recall a few months ago of the wireless spectrum auction here in Canada which 
opened the doors to a flood gate of new players who want to take a crack at the wireless market and Quebecor Media and Videotron have now made their plans official. The two plan to invest over $1 billion dollars over then four years to build a new network to service Quebec and could be ready as soon as 2010, which the company is also reporting the creatin of around 1,000 jobs over the next two years.
