Publicis Canada announced last week the latest expansion plans into the Canadian market place with the launch of Publicis Modem a digital division for the Paris-based advertising agency. The Toronto office will be staffed with a team of 30 and will work on existing Publicis clients such as Rogers, CIBC, Purina and Nestle, Dave Lafond and Jennifer Irwin will take on the role as Managing Directors.
