Prinova Appoints New CEO And Shuffles Management Team

Toronto’s Prinova announced a new CEO today, as Co-Founder Nick Romano has taken the role of Chief Executive Officer, replacing previous Barrie Laver who will continue as part of the company Board of Directors.
Steve Biancaniello continues to lead the Professional Services practice at Prinova in his newly appointed role of Executive Vice President, Professional Services. As a co-founder of Prinova with more than 15 years of delivering excellence in Customer Communications Management consulting.
Bruce MacInnis joins Prinova in the newly created role of Chief Financial Officer. Bruce acts as the principal finance resource responsible for all finance, accounting and administrative activities. For the past six years, he has been a member of the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountant’s Performance Reporting Board, and is the Chair of the Committee’s Small Company Advisory Group.
Chris French joins Prinova in the role of Executive Vice President, Go-To-Market. He is responsible for defining and executing Prinova’s complete go-to-market strategy and managing the Client Relationship Management group.

Chris was previously at Achievers (formerly I Love Rewards) where he was based out of San Francisco and Toronto as the SVP, Global Sales. He previously served in New York as the US, Market Leader and Global Sales Leader for a division of BPO provider ACS, a Xerox Company and spent 5 years at PwC.

Mark Keating joins Prinova in the newly created role of Vice President, Marketing. He is responsible for evangelizing Prinova in the Customer Communications Management market and growing adoption of messagepoint and Prinova’s CCM Services offerings.  Prior to joining Prinova, Mark has held management positions at some of Canada’s leading technology organizations. Most recently, he was responsible for the business-to-business marketing strategy for Research In Motion’s Enterprise Solutions. Mark has lived and worked in Canada, the United States, Europe and Asia.
