Telecommunications provider MTS Allstream just announced they have acquired Montreal-based VisionIP Technologies which provides IT solutions and services. This was a strategic acquisition for MTS Allstream as it gives them a stronger foot hold in the Quebec marketand the company will use this to beef up their Unified Communications offering.
Pierre-Luc Poulin, President of VisionIP and the employees will be now become part of MTS Allstream.
