mDialog which first hit the market last year with their ideo sharing and distribution platform has recently raised $3 million first round from angel investors.  The company’s solution is similar to that of YouTube as a site for user-generated video content sharing but goes one step further and allows for high definition videos to be uploaded.  The company has also received much attention from Apple as they are able to offer MPEG4 H.264 video standard in a licensing agreement that has been signed which will allow consumers to view content on devices such as iPhones, iPods, and AppleTV.
