Looks like the population of Manitoba continues to grow as earlier today the Canadian Radio-Television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC) issued a press release stating that effective July 29, 2012 the province will implement a mandatory 10-digits that must be used for making all calls.

CRTC also recently announced a new area code was being introduced in Quebec.
