LiveHive Systems brings Interactive TV to Turner Sports

LiveHive Systems has announced they have entered into an agreement to provide their NanoGaming product to Turner Sports for 17 televised races of the NASCAR racing season.

NanoGaming is part of the Waterloo-based software development companies offerings which provides interactive games that tie into sporting events while providing an advertising vehicle for companies such as Shell who signed on for the Turner Sports deal.

“NASCAR.COM has been searching for an interactive application like this for several years and we are pleased to partner with LiveHive to produce our live race trivia game,” said Peter Scott, Turner Sports executive interactive producer. “NanoGaming offers our viewers the ability to enhance their level of interaction with the race, which is at the core of Turner Sports’ mission of giving fans the best possible online experience.”

LiveHive Systems also recently singed a deal with Global Television Network in Canadato provide their NanoGaming to TV show Big Brother 8.
