Kaboose Inc. has been on a hiring spree of late and their latest additions include, Mike Green, as Vice-President of Business Development, and Teresa Hsiao, as Vice-President of Marketing, to its management team. Mike will be responsible for building partnerships to drive
audience growth and enhancing targeting capabilities, as well as supporting Search and Local growth plans. Prior to Kaboose, he was with AOL where he was responsible for structuring and negotiating a variety of marketing, advertising and search platform deals. Throughout his career, Mike has held business development roles with the largest global online marketplace for the chemical industry and an online market research group for the radio and record industries that serviced major radio groups including CBS/Infinity, Clear Channel and Citadel and major labels owned by Sony/BMG, Universal, WEA, EMI and Disney. He received his MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.

Their other hire, Ms. Hsiao, will lead Kaboose’s marketing team and over see Sales Marketing, Research, Lead Generation, E-mail,
Search and Affiliate marketing to drive increased revenue, registrations and retention. Teressa also comes from AOL where she built and led AOL’s Marketing Communications group, which implemented strategies and programs that helped grow AOL’s client base and ad revenues more than 30% over the past year. Prior to AOL, Ms. Hsiao held marketing posts at washingtonpost.com, as well as media supervisor and media strategist positions at TBWA/Chiat/Day Advertising. She received her MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
