You Have:

• Flash animation (a must).
• Formal training in and strong knowledge of web design/graphic design.
• 1 or 2 years experience and a proud portfolio of riches.
• Print design experience a definite asset.

You Are:

• Team-oriented yet opinionated.
• Spurred by creative problem-solving.
• Able to produce other people’s designs as well as your own.
