InterCom Search And NABS, We Are Here To Support Canada’s MarCom Industry

National Advertising Benevolent Society (NABS) has partnered up with InterCom, a Media, Marketing and Marcom recruiting firm to give more back to MarCom professionals looking to get back into the game and might have suffered from recent downsizing or layoffs.  According to InterCom President, Harry Teitelbaum they will provide the first  $500 of placement fee will go towards NABS, and $250 for contract placements.

“With more challenging economic conditions, NABS is expecting a busy 2009 in terms of increased demand for our confidential counseling and financial services,” says Mike Fenton, President & CEO of NABS Canada. “The support of unique initiatives to raise funds through corporate donations such as this initiative by Intercom Search Inc., will help us to continue to meet these demands in the next 12 months.”

Pretty good deal for the industry as long as InterCom can help companies find top talent.
