Absolutely, and Grey Canada is certainly on their way and their 2009 looks to be very bright as they continue to win new business and take home awards. Their latest victory is the Silver Adrian Award for the “The Gentle Island of Rejuvenation” campaign which they did for Tourism Prince Edward Island.
Originally launched in 2006,“The Gentle Island of Rejuvenation” the integrated marketing campaign that included print, broadcast, direct mail, online and collateral materials. Campaign results included resulted in better consumer awareness which in turn increased visitors by 2% growth in provincial tourism revenue in 2006, which further increased to 4% in 2007. In 2008, the campaign helped PEI to hold its own in one of the worst years on record for the rest of the Canadian tourism industry.
