Halifax-based Extreme Group recently hired Dave Carey as the communication agency’s new Business Development and Operation and will work out of the firm’s Toronto office. Dave comes to the table with an extensive background in event, sponsorship, merchandising and advertising and has work McKinney in Durham, North Carolina prior his most recent position at Audi Canada as their Experiential Marketing Manager.
Extreme Group also recently took home top honors at the 2007 ICE Awards, which recognizes the region’s best advertising and design. The received the Best of Show award for the Atlantic Film Festival Bright Lights entry and received ten merit awards and the Craft award for www.notworthit.ca for the Workers’ Compensation Board of Nova Scotia.
