
DDB Canada’s Toronto office is adding another knight to the round table as they have brought on industry veteran Tony Johnstone as Senior Vice President, Director of Strategic Planning. As part of his role Tony will help lead the integrated planning practice at DDB Canada to provide clients with creative brand messaging across all mediums and channels, including digital and new media extensions.
Before coming to DDB he was with Grey Advertsing where he managed the integrated planning practice and President of Aha! Creative Insights, a creative planning firm he established in 1993. His career has also taken him to the UK where he spent 13 years and worked with agencies such as Publicis, Leo Burnett, Cogent and McCann Erickson.
Over his 25 years in the industry Tony has worked with a wide variety of brands such as Bell Canada, Pilsbury, Visa, Walt Disney, Labatt Breweries, Coca-Cola, Rolls Royce, Bass Ale, Virgin, Kellogg’s, and Sainsbury.
