The team at DailySplice in Victoria, BC, is gaining a new member – Marketing Coordinator Mike Waraich.
DailySplice is the creator of the Podcast Station, a multimedia manager for streaming content. With the addition of Waraich, the intent is to drive up user adoption of the podcast tool. Waraich will focus on web strategizing and online programs. According to Waraich “the Podcast Station was developed for the non-developer to quickly add professional looking multimedia content and connect their message to their audience with just a few clicks”.
CEO Rian Bowden stated that “recent studies have shown that adding multimedia to websites increases visitor engagement by 70%”. Which only adds to the importance of the Podcast Station as the built in analytics allow for users to see where the podcasts are being steamed.
To date, the program has been used to load emergency messages and safety advice for law enforcement, emergency and safety services.
