CIOs were asked, “In which of the following areas do you think your IT staff could most use improvement?” Robert Half Technology polled 270 CIOs from a stratified random sample of Canadian companies with 100 or more employees. Results show the shift that is happening with demand for career skills, with an increased demand for technical and project management skills.
