ChickAdvisor And Rogers Media Team Up On New Video Series

It isn’t often that a person can take their passion and dream and turn it into a business (oh and make money from it), but for Toronto-based Ali de Bold she was able to do just that and with a little hard work things are starting to pay off. Her husband, Alex who has also been a supporter of their venture ChickAdvisor since day. Alex sent me a note about a new partnership their start up ChickAdvisor has signed with Rogers Media. ChickAdvisor will be launching their second video series called, ChickChat TV which will feature discussions amongst site users and members that take place in the ChickAdvisor forums. The new series will debut in the Fall of 2008 and air on properties owned by both ChickAdvisor.com and Rogers Media, such as their Pizza Pizza network, with a combined reach of 685,000 viewers per week.
The series is also be sponsored by Zipcar and it will run 90 seconds and the first season is scheduled for 20 episodes.
Viewers will be able to discuss and vote for their favorite episodes online on ChickAdvisor.com. The series, which is also sponsored by Zipcar, includes 20 episodes at 90 seconds each. It is the first of several seasons ChickAdvisor plans to produce.
