Each year we are getting closer and closer to the technology advances that we see in TV cartoon The Jetsons, ok we’re a few years from flying cars
but we’re still making there have still been some pretty cool advances. One thing that continues to increase is the demand to be connected and we’re now seeing marketing message of “Always on, Always connected.” The province of Saskatchewan will be the latest benefactor to benefit from the addition of a Wi-Fi network to cover Saskatoon, Prince Albert, Regina, and Moose Jaw in a program called Saskatchewan! Connected.
The project will cost the province $1.3 million with an with annual operating costs of $339,000 and is expected to launch later this spring, the website for the project is located at www.saskatchewan.ca/connected.
