Email marketing software provider, Campaigner has hired Frank Tersigni as company’s new Chief Executive Officer. Prior to the company Frank was Vice President of Business Development at Genesys Telecommunications (an Alcatel-Lucent company) and has held several leadership positions throughout his career with companies such as IBM, VoiceGenie Technologies, NetDriven Solutions and CallPro Canada.
