Boingo Wireless Expands Wi-Fi Advertising In Canada, Partners With BOLDstreet Wireless
With Jennifer DeFrenza now officially heading up sales for Boingo Wireless in Canada, the wi-fi advertising company is moving full force with their expansion plans across the country. Boingo provides wi-fi advertising and sponsorship services in airports and mall locations such as Calgary International Airport, and Yorkdale Shopping Centre, one of the largest malls in Canada.
Boingo has also now signed a new agreement with BOLDstreet Wireless, a provider of retail Wi-Fi solutions. As part of the non-exclusive advertising services agreement will allow Boingo Media to introduce mobile marketers to a potential collective audience of more than 150 million consumers in key travel and leisure segments annually at BOLDstreet locations. Boingo Media will represent display advertising opportunities at eight airports in British Columbia, Ontario and Alberta, including Calgary International Airport, where Boingo Media is the exclusive Wi-Fi sponsorship partner. The company will also enable brands to reach shoppers on the go with video, display and other advertising engagements at 15 malls in Alberta and Ontario provinces, including Toronto’s Yorkdale Shopping Centre, a luxury shopping destination and one of largest malls in Canada.
