AOL Canada Expands Adap.tv Team, Adds Mike Evans

Mike EvansBack in September AOL acquired Adap.tv for $405 million which was a smart move as it will help strengthen one of their healthiest units, AOL Networks.  Over the last few months AOL has been busy integrating Adap.tv technology which will allow for better targeting of video ads in real-time into the company’s dna.   This week AOL Canada has announced the addition of Mike Evans as an Account Director to help bring Adap.tv’s innovative video technology solutions to Canadian advertisers.

In this new role for the Canadian team, Mike will report jointly to Dana Toering, Head of Sales & Business Development for AOL Canada and Margaret Anderson, VP, Central Region, Agency Sales Adap.tv.  Prior to joining AOL, Mike was with Shaw Media where he held the position of National Account Executive, Digital.  He has a successful track record with other media companies including Bell Media, SBC Media and was a founding partner of Pound Magazine.
