Montreal-based Acquisio announced some Executive changes this week, as well as the appointment of a new Executive Chairman.
David McIninch who originally joined Acquisio’s as Vice President of Marketing, has been appointed Chief Revenue Officer. David brings nearly 15 years of marketing and leadership experience to Acquisio. The newest member of the Acquisio management team, David spent the better part of the last decade in marketing, sales and leadership roles at ADP both in Canada and most recently as the VP of Marketing for ADP’s Global Enterprise Solutions division.
Richard Couture, one of the Co-Founders of Acquisio, has now moved from an EVP PaaS role to CTO, and with run the new agile environment within the Acquisio workforce, development is moving faster than ever to release more upgrades, products and services to help both large scale agencies and local SMBs improve their digital marketing campaigns.
Alex Blum has been named Executive Chairman at Acquisio to work alongside CEO Marc Poirier. Alex brings additional strategic direction and operational expertise to Acquisio to support its growth agenda.
Alex is an Investor and Advisor to technology companies across numerous high growth sectors. Previously the CEO of KickApps, an Enterprise Social Media software solution provider. Prior to joining KickApps, Alex was President and COO of JumpTV. Alex also spent nearly eight years at AOL most recently as the Vice President of Product Marketing for AOL’s Audience business.
