I'll Be BackThe Programmatic space is hot with a lot of action which is a good thing for Wall Street, we have said in the past a few players are not doing enough to differentiate themselves though, but dollars and cents are being poured into these companies at a rapid rate. New York-based AppNexus once called Toronto a second home which generated a few visits from CEO Brian O’Kelley, under the leadership of Heather Forrester as the Canadian General Manager.

A lot has changed in the last year and a half in the programmatic space, Heather Forrester (she is now with TC Media) and AppNexus have departed ways, but this week the company announced it has secured $60 million at a $1.2 billion valuation, and previously has raised over $200 million with estimated revenues of $130 million last year alone.

Will this be enough to fuel their interest in Canada once again?
