Chris McGrathAs Guy Laurence continues to shape the future of Rogers bad news came from the corner office as he let go of Chris McGrath (pictured to the right) yesterday. Chris was the Senior Director of Advertising for the telecommunications giant, and had been with the company since 2008.

On Monday at the annual Telecom Summit, Guy took the stage and shared part of his vision with the audience which included a better level of customer service, one that would utilize technology more than Rogers has in the past.  He also suggested it is time Canadian carriers did a better job to service their existing customers. Unfortunately this is not the end of the management layoffs, more cuts are coming today and tomorrow and range from Managers to Vice Presidents.
