Canadian judges included Paula Gignac President, IAB Canada; Jen Holgate, Senior Vice President, Digital at Starcom, MediaVest Group Canada; Jeff Smith, Associate Vice President Digital, TD Bank; Tom Gierasimczuk, Editor in Chief Marketing Magazine; Owen Sagness, VP of Advertising & Online, Microsoft Canada and Jacqueline O’Sullivan, Head of Marketing, Microsoft Advertising.

Submissions by local Canadian winners will now enter the final stage of the competition, with their ideas competing head-to-head with winning entries from participating global markets. The final judging panel, chaired by David Sable, Global CEO at Y&R, will select two global winners, to be announced on or around June 1. These master storytellers will be treated to a week-long Cannes Lions VIP experience at the market in June 2012.
