Looks like Air Canada is finally starting to trial wi-fi on their flights, they recently launched a pilot project with two flights. The airline is tinkering with offering wi-fi access for $10 for wi-fi, which isn’t bad to start off with. It only makes sense as more and more servies are moving towards the cloud or software as a service (SaaS), so consumers will need to have “always-on” access to the Internet, not to mention it also creates an additional revenue source for the airline.
