Redknee Expands In Japan, Signs Multi-Million Dollar Converged Billing Contract
As they continue to expand their global presence, Toronto-based Redknee Solutions announced this week they have signed a multi-year, multi-million dollar term license contract with ITS Communications, Inc. (iTSCOM), a leading Japanese triple-play service provider that will replace its legacy billing solution. iTSCOM offers cable TV, broadband and digital telephony services. The multi-play provider is based in Tokyo and is a subsidiary of Tokyu Corporation. The new licensing deal marks Redknee’s entry into the Japanese market, the largest communications market in Asia Pacific and the second largest in the world.
