Canadian startup Chango recently received an investment of $978,000 through FedDev Ontario’s Investing in Business Innovation program, which they will use to further expand their search retargeting platform. The company had closed a $750,000 in Series A back in October 2009, $1.4 million in Series A financing in June 2010, and $4.25 million in Series B financing in February of this year.

Their platform is used by advertisers to help find new customers with Search Retargeting, a technology that targets display ads to users based on their recent searches on Google, Yahoo! or Bing.
