AT&T Acquires Superclick For $15 Million

AT&T recently announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Montreal-based Superclick, an internet supplier for the hospitality business, in a cash business deal valued at approximately $15 million.
Superclick’s client roster includes hotels such as Fairmont & Raffles Hotels, Four Seasons Hotels, Intercontinental Hotels Group, Jumeirah, Kimpton Hotels, Mandarin Oriental Hotels, Marriott Hotels International, Shangri-La Hotels and Starwood in Canada, North America, the Middle East and Asia.

AT&T is currently in final stages of acquiring T-Mobile for $39 billion, the Superclick deal is pending approval from its shareholders.
