Co-workers – sometimes we hate them, and sometimes we just click and form what can often be referred to as a “dynamic duo.”  That type of rare business connection is one that both Nancy Vonk and Janet Kestin, the long-time Co-Chief Creative officers at Ogilvy & Mather have been able to develop and foster over the years while working together.  Their success has been well documented, remember Dove’s  Real Beauty campaign that went viral around the globe – they were behind that one to for example.  Today news broke that the two are giving notice to Ogilvy and forming SWIM, their new training organization aimed to develop creative leadership within the advertising and business community, Ogilvy North America has signed on to as its flagship client.
